These fees are based on a sale or purchase price of $300,000.000 or less, apply only to pre-owned residential property, do not include disbursements * or G.S.T. and are subject to change. Fees do not include pre-contact services (e.g., drafting purchase contracts), contribution mortgage advances, drafting encroachment/easement agreements, applications for bylaw variances or development permits.
* Disbursements are expenses our law firm pays on your behalf; for example, Land Title registration and search costs, survey, compliance and tax certificates and similar expenses. We would be happy to assist you in estimating your disbursements.
