Please note: The above quoted fees are based on a sale or purchase price or a new mortgage of $300,000 or less, do not include disbursements or GST and are subject to change. Fees do not include additional services such as:

● Drafting or reviewing purchase contracts
● Construction mortgage advances
● Drafting encroachment/easement agreements
● Applications for bylaw variances or development permits
